The new range of Technogel continuos freezers are designed for ice-cream and gelato production with adjustable overrun between 20 and 120% permitting the production of industrial and artisan ice-cream. All models are elf-contained and are manufactured in compliance with the strictest international standards of hygiene. They are also designed for C.I.P. washing.
Models 400 and 600 are equipped with an advance system of computarized control and self-diagnosis. They have a dual piston pump for accurate overrun control.
A special pump, as optional, is available for tiny fruit seeds.
