The new range of Technogel continuos freezers is designed to ensure varying capacities of high quality ice_cream production and the exploits state-of-the-art-technology.
The freezers are desidned to produce all types of ice-cream with overrun of over 100%. All models are elf-contained and are manufactured in compliance with the strictest international standards of hygiene. They are also designed for C.I.P. washing.
Models 100 and 200 are equipped with a display controller for the ice cream viscosity and pump revolution counter.
