Age Vats

Stainless steel tanks with capacities of 150, 300, 600 and 1200 litres, to store and age milk and ice cream mixture at +4°C. Cooling by chilled water at +2°C supplied by a separed chiller, the chilled water flows through poper colls counterpressed. The ice cream milk is aged for at least 2 hours or more if required.
