Introduction to Gelato and Workshop - Presented by Technogel America and Pregel
Classes will include a complete introduction to the business of gelato production, food science, equipment, ingredients, and lots of hands-on experience working with batch freezers and mixers.
Lunch will be provided both days.
Fee for classes (includes both days): $200
Students will receive a $200 credit for purchase of equipment or ingredients upon registration at the class.
